She got her first film role with Down Twisted. The film earned her fame because she played one of her biggest parts in Scream. The film made a huge commercial success and earned around 11x its original budget. It was also appreciated by the critics. She reprised her character in all three films that followed the original. The actress gained new heights in popularity after she played a pivotal part in Friends which is a well-known sitcom. In recognition of her performance she was awarded numerous awards and nominations. The drama with a massive success, ran for ten seasons. One of her latest works has been a part-time role in the movie drama Mothers and Daughters. The awards she has won are among them those of the TV Guide Award, which she won for her work as a character in Friends. A different award was the Golden Derby Award that she received for her part in Cougar Town.
