Cole visited her mother Deborah Quinn and her stepfather Shawn Christian, her parents of half-brother Kameron Christian. Then she was asked to audition for Summerland on the WB. She was chosen for the role of Erika Spalding in the year 2004, relocating to Los Angeles to film the series.Cole appeared in Ryan Cabrera's "True" music video, Bullet for My Valentine's video for "Tears Don't Fall" as well as Papa Roach's video for "Scars".She was a guest on The WB show Supernatural episode titled "Provenance" where she was Sarah Blake, an art dealer. She then reprised her role in Season 8's "Clip Show" episode. The episode aired that aired on CBS as NUMB3RS as Bianca. She was Desiree's star in April Fool's Day's remake of the horror. Cole had a part in the film 12 Rounds, produced by WWE Films and starring John Cena.In December 2008, Cole appeared as Private Rachel Mills in the Heroes webisode show, The Recruit, and subsequently was added to the main series as a regular actor playing the same character as at the beginning of 2009. She appeared with Tiffany Shepis on The Violent Kind. She was "Hot Neighbor", a character she played on the short-lived show Secret Girlfriend. In 2009, she guest starred as Charlotte Cook, a DC escort. She was the lead character Vicky Roberts in The Event which was a secret assassin's job for the group. In October 2011, she was featured in The Walk's music video. She was also cast as a character in CSI: Miami as Samantha Owens (a laboratory technician) in November 2011. In 2012, she had an recurring role on the A&E series The Glades as Jennifer Starke
